OUR GUARANTEE: All our products are original designs and hand made. Your satisfaction is important to us. We will repair or replace any item you have purchased from us that has craftsmanship or quality defect. If you are a retail customer and for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item with in (15) days of your receipt. You will be credited for the full amount except the shipping charges.
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you would like to return a (unworn or undamaged NON PERSONALIZED) item for refund with-in 15 days of receipt, we will be happy to exchange your item or credit your account less shipping charges. We charge a restocking fee of 15% after 30 days and refund the difference. After 30 days we will NOT accept any returns. Shipping charges are non refundable.
We require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # along with the original receipt or order number.
NOTE: Does not apply to items damaged or broken due to use.
